The fleece part makes up almost half the arms. Also two 6-inch strips from armpits to the bottom, and a 4 inch strip all the way around the bottom. The fleece will surely decrease the warmth and wind blocking ability of the jacket. I will be sticking with a real nano puff jacket for cold breezy conditions.
