topcat's Review of Peak Design Capture PRO Camera Clip Preloaded with PROplate
I just wrote my review on the Peak Design Everyday Backpack as well. I bought that backpack, which is amazing, and this clip at the same time before a big trip I just took.
This clip is awesome. If you EVER bring a camera with you hiking, backpacking, around the city, or anywhere, you should look at this. The plate screws into the bottom of any camera, and that plate clicks into place in the clip, which is attached to your backpack strap. I always have a camera with me when I go backpacking, and this is the best way to make sure your camera is always accessible, and not annoying to walk with. You never have to take your bag off to get your camera out, and it doesn't flop around against your stomach like it would with a camera strap. Just push the red button and slide the camera out. When you are done, slide it back into place and you get a reassuring click so you know it is locked. And if you want to really lock it, you just rotate the little red button.
Genius design, and I am a big fan. Pretty excited to have finally tried some Peak Design stuff.
