I have yet to use my Contact 9.8mm rope but I have to say the customer service at Campsaver is impeccable. I was spoke to two attendants, Cooper and Nicole, and both were very accommodating and helpful in making sure the shipping came in before I left the country.
Will definitely be back to get more gear. Amazing customer service, great selection and great deals.
