Lightweight and functional

My favorite all-around ice axe for not-too-technical terrain. Simple, lightweight, works well with every grip and position. An excellent compromise between weight and functionality. The EVO version comes with a profiled shaft that is supposed to improve the grip under the head, but it is slightly heavier.

  • all-around mountaineering

Perfect Ice Axe

This axe is very well designed from the shaft to the little divot between the adze and axe. The divot it very comfortable for holding the axe in canne position. The spike works really well while waking and the curved shaft is nice when swinging the axe but still self arrests very well.
