Way better than I thought it would be! I love the technology. I have a lot of headlights, maybe a dozen or more. This is my goto for everything one now. I really love that I can use a solar charger and not have to worry about batteries on an extended backcountry trip

Tikka R+ Headlamp

Works well, comfortable. Direction adjustment is useful. For longer treks, I'd purchase a model that uses regular batteries as a back up in case there's no access to power.

I am addicted to making the light auto dim and brighten. But seriously, I find reasons to wear this all the time. It is comfortable and bright.
