I walk more than 50 miles a week, and play senior softball on the weekend. I'm type 2 diabetic. I was all ways getting cramps in my lower legs and swelling. I tried under armor. The lg was to tight and the Xlg was to loose, not to mention the $$$.Point6 are the best comp sock I have worn.No more cramps or swelling.
