Top plug not working - no contact after subbiting warrenty request
I contacted Power Traveller four times including submitting an online warranty request because my top plug never worked. The company ignored all contact requests. I bought it less than a year ago. I'm really disappointed in the poor customer service and that I can not use this with the devices I bought it for. I bought it from their Dvor site.
