I bought this in a large and it is most definitely not a trim athletic fit, I feel like I could go down a size to medium. Definitely plan on going down a size ATLEAST. Otherwise it is a very comfortable and shot shirt, but unfortunately because it is a trim/athletic fitting it moves around a lot, so if you are getting this shirt with the intent of doing yoga I would look elsewhere or at-least go down a size and maybe plan to send it back. Besides the unfortunate sizing issue with my mine, it ultimately holds up to to the prAna name of high quality, comfortable and mindfully made clothing.
