Have owned a few pairs of these pants over the last few years and absolutely love them. I really like how the straight leg fits and they don't restrict movement at all. Would recommend these to anyone looking for a solid pair of hiking pants even though they're a bit pricey.
While they're not the most waterproof they do have a water resistant finish on them that does help. The zippered pockets are strange in their placement right at the knee so they're not super functional when moving around a lot.
Pros:
- DURABILITY
- Fit and comfort
Cons:
- Not Waterproof
- zippered pocket
Best Used for:
- Backpacking
- Camping
- HIKING
- fishing

I have 2 pairs of the original stretch Zion that I wear for hunting, fishing, and everyday wear. The originals are great but are a little bigger/baggy from the calf down. These Zion straight pants however are perfectly tapered with no baggy or bunched up material. These are great for everyday wear, hunting/hiking, and fishing and at a great price!

I’m 5’6” 130lbs and got these in 30x30 and they fit perfectly. These are much more fitting than the regular stretch zions. I’ve worn these daily for about 6 months with no signs of wear. I’d recommend getting TX Direct Spray and spraying them every once in a while to restore the DWR coating

I love these pants. They fit very good. Slimmer than the Zioneer pant but I like this one better. I find these stretch zion pants to be more durable than Arcteryx climbing pants. I have a couple of rock pants but they both have holes in them from climbing while Prana pairs don't have any. I wear these to work and climbing gym everyday.
Pros:
- Price
- DURABILITY
- STYLE
- Fit

Super comfy, great fit and although they don't feel like they would hold up in the field these pants shrugged off thicket and other trail abuse. The only downside I could imagine is trying to wear these in warm weather without sweating profusely. Then again I usually camp in the winter and rarely wear pants in the spring/summer.

I love the prana Zion line. The original were awesome but had too much room in the leg and bottom. I read that they were coming out with straight version got them and new favorite pant. First time purchasing at Campsaver will be back, recieved 6 days after ordered.

I haven’t seen a review for these pants yet but if you like the regular Zion stretch pants but don’t want them as baggy then these ones are great. They have plenty of stretch to them and they look and feel great. They look good enough to be worn as causal pants too.
