Prana Super Mojo Pant
These pants are awesome! They are very comfortable, the waistband fits snug without being too tight. There is plenty of room in the pants while not being too baggy. They are very lightweight so I've been using them as an exercise and house lounging pant since it's not quite warm enough to wear shorts. They also look good enough to go run errands around town in. I am a 35 waist and the size Medium fits me perfectly.
