Aleks's Review of Primus Omni Lite Ti with Fuel Bottle
I am very happy with the burner and the price I bought it at Sampsaver.com. The burner is quite light - 220 grams. Thus, it can be used with small gas cylinders. If the conditions are more severe, such as cold, high altitude in the mountains, then adding another 196 grams to the pump canister, you can use low-octane gasoline and kerosene. I also want to note the very smooth flame control. I tried using a burner and found that at an average flame output the fuel consumption was approximately 1.5 grams per minute for bottled gas and 3 grams per minute for gasoline. Boiling water largely depends on the dishes used (the size of the bottom and the presence of a radiator) and averages 4-6 minutes per 500 ml of water. Great product!
