Nice and puffy, well made, but armpit openings too tight - Rab Altus Jacket - Men's

I'm 5'11"" 157 Lbs. Very puffy jacket, I bet it would be very warm indeed! But, the armpit openings rode too high up my armpits and made the jacket feel too tight, uncomfortable. This was even with just a cotton t-shirt underneath. So, there's no way it would work with a long underwear top and mid-weight fleece. Gonna return it. I really wanted this to fit as it is puffier than most synthetic jackets and the "cirrus" insulation is supposed to (according to Rab) not lose its loft over time as much as other synthetic insulation do. Ah Well...note to Rab - please make arm pit openings larger around the bottom of the armpit openings. Like maybe add another inch at least.
