Nice design but arms too tight.
I like that the hood is large enough to fit over a helmet. A lot of jackets say they can do this, bur really aren't big enough for a L/XL ski helmet. Unfortunately, the size medium arms/shoulders are too tight for layers and free movement fpr me, even though I am not very big in that area. I stepped up to a large, and it works, but is pretty baggy for the rest of the fit.

RAB Exodus soft shell
I have owned several soft shells from NF, marmot, MH, Arcteryx etc... the rab is pretty awesome. Has a technical fit but isn’t too tight and actually has some room for layering. Pit zips are awesome. Jacket looks really sharp. Highly recommend especially if you want something different to stand out !!

RAB Exodus jacket
Great flexibility and fit - not too loose, yet not too trim; baselayer fits nicely underneath. Just wish that the hood was detachable, because then this would be quite versatile for multiple uses and conditions.

Wrong color
They sent me the wrong color but the jacket looked and felt nice. It's for moderate weather and maybe a little precipitation. The hood seems a bit cumbersome without a helmet underneath it and then Bill in front is rather large

Superior design, great deal.
Stretchy and strong fabric. Excellent hood design, I like the chin coverage and hood fits over a helmet too. Sleeves are long enough when reaching, the pit zips are a plus.

One of the best sofshells I own....and I have quite a few!
I own quite a collection of different softshell jackets, primarily Arcteryx. I decided to give the RAB shell a try and love it....Like the construction and features far better than the other brands....

Great for layering or warmer weather
Wore for hiking in 30-40 degree range in the rain. With a SmartWool base layer and puffy I was well shielded from the wind and rain while keeping warm. Breathes exceptionally well. The lack of a lining makes the jacket very versatile - I can see this working great by itself in warmer weather.
Nice fit and looks to be put together well. Fairly slim and not big and baggy. Moves well for active purs

Good stuff
Very nice styling and great (slim) fit. The hood is both a pro and a con. Very large with moldable brim but may be a bit unwieldy when not using.

Great All-Around Soft Shell
Love this jacket. Affordable, but durable and a well-designed soft shell. Great for winter sports in an intermountain climate. Sheds moisture really well, so unless you are in a really wet snow or a downpour, this jacket would be all you need. Pit zips are a nice addition for skinning up in the backcountry, and I really like the large opening in the cuff design to fit over ski gloves. The hood cin

Great Value
This is my first softshell, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect (other than trying on some Marmot, Arc'teryx, and Mountain Hardwear gear from friends and stores).
I was surprised at how little insulation from cold the jacket provided. I would recommend wearing a fleece or more underneath for weather under 50 F or so. When the weather gets warmer, you can comfortably wear in this into the 70s an
