My "numbers": 5'11", 180lbs, 43" chest, 32" waist, 40" hip I think it's critical to a review to contain the reviewer's measurements, otherwise any comments related to FIT are absolutely POINTLESS!!! I based many purchases on such opinions, only to have to return the item because the comments were so off!!! So please, if you say that something fits "perfect", for the love of everything holy, provide your measurements for some actual objective value!!! Light and warm.

I bought this for spring and autumn wear. I haven't worn it on the field yet, but the first feeling was a feeling of warmth. I plan to wear it outdoors as middleware and finish it with Gore-Tex. I look forward to it.

Great packabke jacket

A lot like the Patagonia down sweater in style. I sized up for the Rab version because of the slim fit, but I absolutely love the jacket. Synthetic insulation makes it perfect for packing and travel or an insulation layer under your shell

Almost Perfect

I’ve never encountered warmth at this weight. Exceptional product. Shipment arrived before I expected. I’ve been out on 20 degree hikes and I felt like it was a summer day. I actually had to shed under coats on subsequent hikes. I recommend this jacket to any and everyone

Great jacket

In my opinion fit and quality are the most important part when buying a jacket....ok style is also important. The reviews that include buyer measurements helped me make a good decision. I’m 6’2” 190 with 42 chest 34 waist 34 arms 35 neck i choose the large slim fit. Some reviewers complained about being tight under the arms I found that not to be the case. The fit is snug around waste when you sit down but not too tight the arms chest and neck are perfect even with a tight fitting mid base layer.

Rab microlight

Awesome jacket. Warm, true to size. Lightweight. Packable. Great stand alone and also great for layering. Best purchase ever for outdoor adventurist. You won't be disappointed. Great for hiking/camping/biking/skiing.

Winter Rab

I’m retiring an old synthetic mt hardware for this new RAB microlight. Initially trying it on, the fit felt a tad off as the arms felt just a bit loose and the chest just a bit snug. Nothing to be concerned with as layering in the arms will be allowed. Also the chest has some stretch. I’m looking forward to the long winter that is coming here in MN.
