Warm comfortable jacket

Bought as a gift for my wife, great price for quality of jacket. She wishes the cuffs were tighter, and that the hood was able to be put on and removed without having to unzip it a bit. This is a technical piece of equipment, so designed to be worn mountaineering. My wife's only other small complaint is that she would like it draft head cover could be flipped back if not wanted. Otherwise she loves the jacket
