Great vest! I have a Neutrino jacket in the Large size, which is great for bundling up in extremely cold weather. It's like a wearable sleeping bag. I wanted something lightweight for milder weather in a slim fit design. I debated but went with a medium. British medium is good for me. I like the slim fit. I am a 42" chest and am 6' and 170lbs. I feel like I am of athletic build on the thin side. I
