Jacket is awesome, the blue color is beautiful in person, and the material has a soft hand, and isnt as crinkly as gortex. Sleeves run long, but it was a perfect fit for me (XL 6'4'' 185lbs long arms). hood adjusts well, pockets have great placement, feels pretty breathable so far. tested it out in some mild rain for about 30-45minutes and i stayed dry, though it started to wet out around the seams and zippers. not the lightest jacekt, but full featured, and very comfortable. Love it.

I've been using my Rab Myriad jacket extensively lately while back country skiing on Mt. Hood, Oregon. Is has performed well, fending off wind and snow and all the while not leaving me clammy with sweat. And I am a "sweater". The quality of construction is top notch and it is light weight. Making it a perfect back country skiing shell. I'm 6'-3"/190 and size large fits great. Arms are a little longish but overly so.

I'm 5'10", Medium build with a 36" waist, 175 lbs., 33" sleeve. I got this as a shell to go over a Patagonia Nano Air Hoody. I had to go large to go over my pot belly and the mid layer. Of the 5 0r 6 shells I tried, this was the most relaxed, comfortable fit, and I really liked the rich (i.e., not garish) blue color. It's also very light weight. The sleeves are way too long, but that's true of all large jackets on me (though this was the worst, in that regard). However, the velcro cuffs fix that problem. The neoshell should be the most breathable option out there. I like the size and arrangement of the pockets, and that this is not a traditional, resorty looking ski jacket.

I have used this jacket in the rain many times, it has kept me dry each time. I have used it while longboarding and find it much more breathable than my Gore-Tex jacket. Also, the jacket is not completely windproof (due to the increased brethability) which lends it to high activity pursuits and/or if you tend to be warm, like me.
