Super warm
Currently wearing in Wisconsin ( January temps) with just T-shirt underneath. Totally warm enough in zero degrees. Purchased for a trek to Mount Everest base camp in Feb. with the shell I bought ( Rab Namche )it will def be warm enough. It’s super lite and packs down to almost nothing. 6ft 185lbs- purchased med size and it fits snug, so size up if you want a looser fit. Feel onfident it will do the job in Nepal.
