Western Mountaineering, Marmot, Mountain Hardwear, etc. use circumference for measurement. Rab uses girth rather than circumference for measurement, tough to compare, so I am measuring. Shoulder lists at 28.3" girth, I measure about 64" circumference. It's roomy for me, at 6'2" and 200 pounds. 32 F temperature limit. Weighs 1.6 pounds. Pertex Endurance fabric shell / hood. Pertex Quantum fabric lining. 0.5 pounds of 800+ 90% hydrophobic euro goose down. Protected by "polygiene" odor control. This is not a 32 degree bag. I'm guessing 40 degrees is as low as I'd go. This is light bag for summer camping. 1/2 zipper, not great if it's hot. The zipper is the best I've ever seen on a sleeping bag, it's like a good coat plastic zipper. The cloth storage sack, and the 13" long by 6.5" diameter stuff sack are also great, better than Western Mountaineering or Marmot. The bag itself is not as good as Western Mountaineering or Marmot, but it's half the price of those on Campsaver. This is a good bag for the price. If I was rich I'd get Western Mountaineering Megalite, but you can't go wrong with Rab for the price.
