Great jacket, large pockets
Got this jacket for hiking/backpacking/mountaineering. It's last year's model so the price was right. The pockets are large but in a different location than the new model (which has traditional pockets) and may take some getting used to. I am 6ft tall, 180lbs and the medium fits me perfect. RAB builds long and close-fitting cuts for active users, which is perfect for me.

This soft-shell jacket is versatile and well made using quality materials. You can read about its impressive collection of features. It is precisely what I want in a light weight, technical soft-shell. I am pleased as punch.

excellent softshell jacket
This is a great jacket. The fit is great, as I'm on the upper end of a small and it looks really nice on me. I really like the harness/hipbelt compatible pockets, add they're great for helping dump excess heat.
I mostly wear this around town, and it's comfortable with a light sweater on underneath into the low 40s.
It's also got some really soft fabric around the neck.
