6'2" 175lbs
Medium fit well. Used them with a thin base layer for a week ranging from 20-45F, never felt too hot or cold. They shed water great. Only absorbed some moisture when sitting in wet snow to have a snack. I didnt need the suspenders most of the time, I like that they are removable.
