This is the same pattern and feature set as the Windveil, in slightly lighter Quantum fabric. A very nice deal. Athletic fit, great simple hood, hand pockets above hip belt. The upper tab snap which makes it into a cape is actually useful. Not as breathable as more modern options but solid in the cold.
