Great wind jacket, great price@ - Rab Wind Lite Jacket - Men's

At 104 grams for a large size, this will always be in my pack. The RAB fit is " performance, meaning base layer and a light insulative layer if needed. As an active layer, you will only need a base layer. The fabric, pertex, is breathable and resists water better than a DRW finish and does very well against abrasions. The tight weave makes it mosquito proof as well. The hood works best with a helmet or stocking cap. Did I say it is a great wind jacket too? This was intended to replace a Houdini jacket that has finally worn out after 6 years of heavy use... no doubt in my mind that it is a winner.
