Light, Warm and nice touch Jacket

I had a light weight windbreaker from Rab using Pertex Quantum fabric. I was impressed by its ability to shed light rain and resist wind. I bought this insulated pull-on and had a high expectation that Rab will amaze me again and it doesn't let me down. The pull-on is very light and compressible. PrimoLoft Gold is amazingly warm. Another nice product from Rab. Delivery service by Campsaver is super efficient!!!

Amazingly warm for such a lightweight jacket

Bought this to use as my evening jacket when backpacking into the mountains overnight. Needed something light, warm, and good against the wind, and this jacket performs. I read all the positive reviews, and decided to pull the trigger. Its really crazy how something this light can be so warm! It seems to protect well against the wind, but doesn't seem to be very breathable. I noticed when hiking around camp that I got pretty hot, so I won't be using it while backpacking, but that's not what I bought it for anyway. The material is very water resistant but its so lightweight that I wonder how the long-term durability will be. We'll see how it holds up to the next year of back country use.

Love it!

With the exception of very cold winter days, this jacket keeps me plenty warm. Very comfortable. Great mid-layer! I do wish I had gotten the full-zip though. The pull-over is a bit inconvenient for a jacket that I do tend to take on and off frequently.

Lightweight yet warm

I read a review for the Xenon with a hood, and I thought I would give this one a try. It still doesn't make sense to me how something so lightweight can keep you comfortable in temperatures down to 35 degrees (with only a T-shirt underneath), and it's also wind and water proof. I own an interchange jacket which has been resting in my closet since I got the xenon. Love this jacket and I can't wait
