Have been primitive camping for last 25 years. Had been using a hand pump water filter. Spent a lot of time pumping and pumping. After purchashing took it, I took my 3 sons camping this past weekend. This gravity fed filter REALLY REALLY WORKED as good or even BETTER than they claim. Filter a gallon of water in a little over 1 minute vs. 30 minutes of HARD(blisters on the skin) pumping with other filter. Well worth the money!!! Spent way more time enjoying the great outdoors instead of filtering water. Plus it's great to have around the house in case of emergencies!!!
