Only 1 flaw
This is a high quality whitewater only leash with one problem. The buckle is difficult to open when it is completely closed, and there is very little "lip" to grab on the buckle to release the strap. Unlike the NRS leash there is not a "ripcord" to aid in a quick release. This could be a fatal flaw in a difficult situation. I am hoping that this will improve with wear. I have added my own ripcord to the buckle, and that helps. The buckle is still more difficult to open than the NRS leash that I also own.

Great buy.
Board is great, has met all expectations. I bought it to mainly run rivers, but with the long fin, it also tracks great on lakes. Great all around board.
