Nice shoe for narrower feet
The shoe is fine and has worn well. The front tends to pinch my feet a bit as my feet are a bit on the wider side.

These are the only hiking shoes for me
Might just be my foot, but Salewa are the only hiking / approach shoes i can wear that fit right straight out the gate. Hardly any break in, tough, comfortable. The sole is a little firm and I might get some aftermarket liners for extra cush. Love these, and all my other Salewas.

Great shoe but made NOISE.
These are great shoes. I just could not deal with the fact that they made noises while walking. I assume others did not have this problem. I would gave gladly exchanged them for a different pair but I apparently bought the last pai in my size.
