No help in changing my address.
I placed an order then very quickly (within a minute) realized I entered the wrong address and immediately emailed customer service. I was told that there was nothing they could do and could only refund or replace if the original package was returned to them. So now I'm waiting to see what happens because its all I can do. I'd be happy to edit this review if they help me in any way. Do not irder from this company. They are miserable to deal with. I'm sure the boots are nice. But I can't know, since I didn't get them.

Almost slip-proof!
I've tried and compared tread by a few brands (Keen, Danner, Merrell) and settled on Oboz as being superior. I have several styles and added the Sawtooth for ice and work floor traction... I haven't been disappointed. Not only is the tread fantastic, the leather upperis tough and historically wears like iron, I don't see why my latest purchase would be different. My only issue is the very pale pink interior, logo and lace weave - I'd much prefer a light grey.
