These are great ultralight boots. Wonderful flex for uphill travel. I was faster than ever before. I added a BOOSTER strap for more stiffness on the downhill. They perform okay on the BC freeride terrain and got the job done. Obviously this is a skimo race boot and not really a freeride BC boot. However, I use it for both activities. Not very warm, but heated insoles of starting out warm or riding on warmer days is not a big problem.

Overall, I am pleased with the weight, comfort and performance of these ultralight racing boots.
