These shoes are amazing. Unfortunately Scarpa no longer manufactures them, so if you're going to get a pair jump on it soon. I mainly boulder and these shoes work great. They aren't as aggressive as some other shoes (solution, skwama, etc) but they edge phenomenally and are wicked comfortable if sized right.

Best shoes I have in last three years. Precise, but comfy, improved a lot my climbing. As is said, shoes make a diff - well, yes they do. Sometimes I use my old 'other companies' pairs and is an obvious difference.
I would recommend them anytime for sport and boulder.Rubber is same as on Sportivas and fit is somehow tighter; I wear 10 1/2 street and buy Instinct at 41 1/2.

These shoes are great for just about any steep climbing you can do and are very comfortable at the same time. They can toe in extremely well and they can hold their own while edging. They're alright on more slabby type climbs, but there are definitely better shoes for that.
I've gone through about 5 different pairs of shoes and have always had the same sizing problem because I have a short foot bu
