Most Helpful Positive Review Fantastic Winter Backpacking Boot
If you are looking for a dedicated hiking boot look no further, I bought these primarily for winter backpacking but they would work well anytime the temp is below 40. The boot fits great right out of the box but you will need to put some miles on them to brake in the thick leather. Very aggressive treadpattern makes the verticals a whole lot easier and pairs well with a pair of universal crampons. Still footbed has all the support u could ever need but a little more padding near the palm of the foot wouldnt hurt. Buy These especially if you have a narrow foot. I am very much satisfied with this boots. I feel the lighter weight and comfort that I would challenge any tougher trails.
I was right on my purchase decision that I would recommend my friends to buy Scarpa products with confidence.

I’ve only used the boot once so far for about a 5 mile trek. Sunk in the mud just past the top of the boot, pulled my foot with boot attached with no problem. I did change the footbed with out using them for an after market brand. I’m happy with my purchase. ($240.00 at CampSaver.com)
