Afghanistan Proof!!!!! Great Boot!!!!!

I bought these boots hoping to get something that would last in Afghanistan as I work here 330days out of the year.... soooo I first came here with another brand...and they just didn't last....Seen these and read the reviews and decided to try them out....I did find that run a half a size short...but just order a half a size bigger and you'll be fine!!!! Def no turning back on this boot!!!! Def wo

very strong boots

This is my second pair. I do alot of multiday backpacking trips. These boots have seen saltwater,shale,mud and snow and just keep on holding up

Slow to break in

I use these boots backpacking and for rugged hiking. The soles are great when rock hopping and through streams. They are all leather that does wear in well to fit your foot. They take A LOT of time to break in

High Quality Materials

I work in the field half the year, and hike constantly (I run trails in boots through the winter). I bought these boots mainly because they are Scarpa's replacement for my previous pair (4 years old). A drawback for me is that they are a more firm boot than my predescesor, but Scarpa replaced that model with a fabric/gortex model that I just won't invest in - so this one is stiffer and higher th

Outstanding

First time to order from campsaver and everything was fine[...] I am 53 and 265 and needed new hiking boots as my gradual weight gain has made my old italian made Danners tight. I bought Lowa Banff online and the fit was OK but they just don't have it for my feet. I only could try on a 47M locally of this Scarpa M3 and knew the fit was good but needed the wide. absolutely happy with boots [...]

first time using boots was for 2 days hunting. Feet lasted well and no blistering. Good grip and excellent ankle support
