I've never had Scott's before these but these will probably not be my last pair from Scott. I'm impressed with these shoes. They release water well and have good lateral stability for a shoe this minimal. These are not for any level of muddy trail though.
Either way, this is a good trail shoe.

1st run so far so good

Buy 1/2 size up. I have normal width feet & bought 1/2 size up, which worked for me. A good light trail pair of running shoes. I am happy after the 1st run so far.
