Worked great on my last trip for making hot tea, etc. Perfect size. Also mixed instant oatmeal in it.

Great for Travel

These little guys are very compact and light. We purchased the mugs for using in rooms that only have a microwave. We plan on making microwave scrambles in them. Essentially microwaved scrambled eggs. Haven't actually tried it yet, but I don't see why it wouldn't work especially if the inside of the mug is oiled just a bit.

Excellent piece of kit for apres ski

This x mug is a durable piece of kit, packs flat, is lightweight, works for all cold beverages and doesn't hold any odours after washing...Excellent for skiing,travel and camping.

Brilliant Idea

saw a video of this being used inside of a GSI Soloist for steam baking and bought one myself while still watching. It floats in the water and will hold an entire muffin package for steam baking. Collapse the cup to release the baked goods. Brilliant! This will also nest inside of the cookset and provide an additional drinking cup.

Space saver

use it on all my camping trip, its small, fits any where, can handle hot contents. Not hard like normal mugs so can't grip too tight, but you get used to it. A great space saver in a pack
