The Best Of All
I've tested a few other sleeping pads and this one is the most comfortable, easiest to inflate and with the best valve. This one isn't the hottest but for my camping trips where temperatures don't drop below 30 F it's perfect (if it goes into the 20 F I have a closed cell sleeping pad. Even though I have a little lower back problem I sleep well on this mattress and I never touched my shoulder or any part of the floor. Despite being a man I decided to buy the woman's and I think it was a great option as it gave me a little more space on the sides.

Super comfy
This sleeping pad is a game changer. I got it because of the combination of thickness (it's one of the thickest lightweight sleeping pads I could find) and weight. I am a side sleeper, and usually wake up with extremely sore hips while backpacking. Not at ALL with this pad.
Woke up feeling great and ready to take on the day, each morning of a recent 5 day backpacking trip. Super comfy, insulated so it kept me warm too. Highly recommend, especially if you are a side sleeper looking for a thicker pad. Extremely easy to blow up as well (no running out of breath at high altitude). I am 5'7" and got the regular length which was perfect.
