Perfect for a burrito, not a taquito,
from CA, United States
Written on July 8, 2020
I was looking for the roomiest, warmest, most compact, and lightest bag I could find for backpacking....it was gonna cost me $1000. If you got that type of money to burn, pass on this bag. If you don’t wanna spend $1000, and if your shape is more a burrito and not a taquito, I think this is worth the additional pound and bulk for backpacking. For a 225lb person at 5’8,” this bag is super comfortable. Scaled in at 3lb 3oz, compressed measurements at 9”x15”
Pros:
Roomy
warm
comforable
Cons:
Heavier than ideal weight for backpacking
Compressed measurements slightly larger than ideal for backpacking
Best Used for:
Excellent for car camping
Can be used for backpacking (considering it is heavier and bulkier than ideal size, but worth it for burritos, not taquitos)
Would recommend: Yes
