Sea to Summit really knows their stuff when it comes to compact, lightweight, and ease of use. I haven't traveled with it yet, but I foresee this pack converter will save my backpack from the horrors of baggage handling.
* It is big enough to hold your backpack (mine is a 65L) and much more
* Material is sturdy and weatherproof (seams are sealed so no water can leak in)
* It can pack down to small size
* It can double as a rain cover too.
* Relatively light weight (but not as light as your actual rain cover)
* It comes with a strap for transporting or you can use your backpack's own strap to carry on your back.
Pros:
compact
dual use
protects from rain and snow
Cons:
no backpack straps
no other color (only grey)
Best Used for:
traveling with a hiking backpack
cover from rain and snow
Would recommend: Yes
