Absolutely. Bought this on recommendations to get a silk liner for your sleeping bag. Best 40 dollars i've ever spent. Curling up inside it is like being hugged by a bunch of polar bear cubs.

Purchased this liner for my thru-hike. LOVE IT. I have a spoon shaped sleeping bag so finding a liner was a challenge. I took a risk on this one and it worked out great!
