Just brought on a 3 night backpacking trip in Southern California. Nights hit upper 40s. The bag's lack of insulation in certain spots definitely woke me up shivering. This sleeping bag appears well made and has some nice features including the full zip and the drawstring at the end, but the down insulation is quite spotty, and does not fill the chambers. I decided it was unlikely to be any warmer than using just a plain liner, and returned it. Perhaps someone who has used it can provide a better informed opinion.
