Reviews & Ratings for Sea to Summit Ultra-Sil Nano Tarp Poncho
— 3 reviews — Page 1
Second year using it as poncho and shelter, I used in as a shelter on the Colorado trail last summer and used it in the fall and winter in Wyoming Rockies in high winds and snow. Great product, looking forward to using it again this summer!

For my size, 6'1 @ 215 lbs this poncho does not drag the ground. It covers well enough as a tarp for its purpose. A couple years use will confirm quality, but this appears to be well made. This poncho is what I was looking for.
Pros:
Light
Size
Cons:
not aware of any
Best Used for:
For poncho use not rain suit or for waterproof design like a submarine
Would recommend: Yes

I think this poncho is useful when you also need a tarp as a shelter or perhaps a place to cook. But if you don't need the latter then you're carrying around a lot of poncho and some extra weight compared to the Sea to Summit poncho.
Pros:
good weather protection
Cons:
a little heavy
Would recommend: Yes
