West coast, wet, no problem

by Rob, from CO, United States Written on May 18, 2018
Bag is super light, compresses to a small volume and is incredibly warm and comfortable. The edge design allows me to tuck my arm in while I have it over my head, and pockets in the corners of the blanket part allow you to snuggle it in tight. Foot vents allow one to cool off in the early evening and snug your feet in as it gets colder. In the wet drizzly climate of the pacific northwest it's been toasty warm and dry. I figure it could go below its temp rating and still be comfortable. The top dog for two.
Pros:
  • flexible
  • warm
  • Dry
Cons:
  • None for me
Best Used for:
  • Sleeping

Most Comfortable Bag I've Owned

by rybe390, from CO, United States Written on April 19, 2018
Let me start by saying this is the most comfortable sleeping bag I’ve had, hands down! I just took this bag out in the Colorado rockies this past weekend, and was toasty warm in outside temps in the low 20’s at an elevation of 9,000 feet. I love the zipperless design, definitely makes for a more comfortable night’s sleep. The hood is nice and better than an open top design found on lots of double wides, it allows your pillow to stay tucked in and you can put an arm out and stay warm. Overall, a huge fan of this bag, never have been so warm and cozy while camping. Thanks Sierra Designs for making something clearly made by people who camp!

  • Lightweight
  • Comfortable
  • Down
  • Sleeping Pad Pouch
  • Zipperless
Cons:
  • None
