Great 3 Season

by KarlosJ83, Gear Expert from UT, United States Written on September 10, 2011
With only two poles, this tent was extremely easy to set up. Roomy enough for two, but even better for one. It held up to gusts of 20 mph in the Mt. Nebo wilderness without even so much as the fly coming loose. Great tent, great construction
Most Helpful Positive Review A nice little tent!
Recently took the tent out camping in northern MN. On the very first night there were severe thunderstorms - and the tent held up like a champ. No leaking or dripping. No buckling of the poles. Though it's super lightweight and only has the single door, it comfortably fit 2 (and I'm 6'3"!). Overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with this tent!

Excellent tent!

by Craftykeith, Written on April 3, 2014
Super good tent, very lightweight and easy to pack. First time setting up is questionable, but after 10 minutes and a second try there isn't a problem at all. Must stake it into the ground as it isn't free-standing. Only down side in its compact size is that it is cozy on the inside. Two adult males can fit comfortable without having to cuddle but if you bring in two hiking bags and a dog it gets

Exceptional in every way!

by Trailhiker, Written on September 10, 2013
I bought this tent because of its light weight for back packing long hikes. No other tent came close in wt. and quality. The tent, the delivery, the price was all exceptional.

Super Light Tent for the Money

by Sven, Written on September 10, 2011
OK the best thing about this tent is that it is lightweight and easy to setup. I had this tent up the first time in about 10 minutes although the clip system for attaching the tent to the rods was a little confusing at first. I used this tent recently for the first time when the weather was in the high 20s at night. I thought that the tent for my 6'1" frame was kind of cramped, but I managed.

Overall great tent!

by Colin, Written on September 10, 2011
I purchased this tent for an upcoming high adventure trip to Philmont, New Mexico. I tested it out in my yard and it was simple to set up. It took about 15 minutes the first time and around 5 minutes the second. It has enough room for two to fit comfortably. One drawback is that it got pretty hot inside so I left the vestibule half open to ventilate, this seemed to do the job. The only other probl

Lightweight, super easy setup

by Raido, Written on September 10, 2011
Lightweight, super easy to set up and an overall high quality product you would expect from Sierra - this tent is exactly what I was looking for. It fits fairly loosely in its bag so if you want to compress it further just use some straps and you will see how small and light it really is. One thing to be aware of - this being a tunnel tent you can't pick it up and lift it to a different location a

Clip flashlight 2

by Peter, Written on September 10, 2011
This is one of the most popular tents ever made for a reason. To improve on its weight you have to sacrifice something because its about a small a practical with a separate fly. My dislike is the foot end is too low causing some wall condensation on my bag. This tent has seen some miles and weather and never let me down. Since camping is my favorite thing, I of course want to try other products, b

My second Clip Flashlight

by Will, Written on September 10, 2011
A proven design. Set the new one up next to the old one at Bright Angel and the new design is even easier to set up. Although I would hesitate to call this a true three season tent with the extensive netting, it was great for the Grand Canyon environment. Still quite spacious for a sub 4 lb tent and very simple to deploy. No frills here, this tent is made to get the weight off your back at a reaso
