Durable, High quality, fit good

I bought this rain cover for my sierr desings capacitor 40-60 back ,pack, it fit well. the elastic cord coud cinch it down small when my pack is 40L mode. it may not perfect for the bag in smaller version 25-40 L, but it should works.
