Straight out the box so comfortable.. I'm so happy I came across Champsaver website.. I been looking for these skechers cuz they have my last name on them. I love skechers there the only brand shoes I buy. I'm a skechers gurl for life.. Thank you CHAMP SAVER I finally got the skechers I been looking for on sale. And I received my order sooner then expected.. I'm a very happy customer
