The whole experience was great. From ordering, to the tracking number and tracking it. Receiving the well packed item, that said your a very important to us. They remembered return label just in case it did not work out for me.

Christmas gift for my kids and they absolutely love it. We've taken it a few different places to play. The guideline hasn't proven to be that helpful, but probably because with kids of widely varying heights, it's hard to fix it at a height that works for all of them. They're still at the far end of the learning curve but getting better each time and can't wait to try again.

I am a homeschool mom of 3 and I did a lot of research for a good backyard Slackline for kids of various ages and happily decided on this one. My kids, ages 10-16 love it as do all of their friends. It has made our backyard the place to be. At first they all thought it would be super easy but soon found out it is a real workout and takes some skill. This is where the video and the over the head guide line became very valuable. The helpful hints on the video were great and helpful. The older kids at first thought they didn't need the guide line but soon were thankful it was there to get them started. After watching the video, my kids could set it up and take it down themselves. They spent hours taking turns on it, laughing and just having some great outdoor good healthy fun together on the Slackline. I also really appreciate the tree protectors so my backyard trees do not get damaged. This kit has everything you need, it is easy to set up and take down and has everything we were looking for. Next we plan to take it to the park on homeschool meet up days to share it with tons of other kids.
