Great light weight

Bought this as a base layer for hiking and backpacking. This shirt is super soft and has a slight athletic fit so it isn't baggy. I rely on the benefits of merino wool to keep me comfortable and the anti microbial benefits keep me from stinking when I don't get a shower for 10 days.

I have worn this shirt multiple days in a row while hiking. The shirt held minimal odor and kept me cool. The longer length sleeve provided extra protection from the sun and also prevented unwanted rubbing from my backpack.

Great shirt... with a little sizing issue

What a great shirt I loved the feel of the material and the design on the front. I usually wear a medium but upon trying this shirt on it was clear that smartwool mediums runs a little large. It was way too long. I returned it for a small. If you usually wear a medium but are on the shorter side, consider ordering a small.
