Excellent. Super warm

This balaclava is super warm and comfortable. The merino wool is fantastic. I recently upgraded all my Under Armour base layer thermals to the Smartwool 250 merino wool base layer and the warmth and comfort are superior. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect base layer

Very thin but warm. Wearable as a base layer for frigid cold. Fits under most helmets and hats. Stores in any pocket without bulk.

great winter bike investment

This makes biking in the Chicago winter sooo much more bearable, and without restricting head movement. Also good fit for my giant head, with room to pull it down below my mouth/chin.
