Same soft feel, warm but not too hot, easy movement, and great fit. The seams are more low profile and have been moved away from where pack straps hit the shoulders. The zipper is higher quality with a better pull-tab. Glad to see Smartwool is still doing it well. These are pure wool pieces so store appropriately to keep the bugs away.
