Great base and mid layer!

Love this top! I wore it rock climbing in the 40-50 degree weather and it was great. I was never too cold or too hot, and it provided great mobility. The wool is not itchy either. Definitely getting a second one!

Not itchy!

I am extremely reactive to wool and most wool blend products. I wore this smart wool, merino, skiing last week. I was so pleasantly surprised, no itching! It kept me very warm, fit great, love the look and style as well.

My new favourite running top

My new go-to running top for anything within ~10 degrees of freezing (above or below). I'll take this out on a 12 mile run and feel great the entire time. Also one of my favourite things to throw on after a workout. Incredibly comfortable and doesn't smell.

Wonderful Color and Fit

I love cold weather but am not a fan of being cold! I have used these smartwool turtlenecks and long johns when I was in Siberia in the winter and was never cold (I was active when outside). The wool is soft enough for me and I have sensitive skin. I am pretty short and am comfortable with the fit even though the sleeves are a little long on me - I find they run true to size. A staple in MN for the winter

I already own one in black; liked it so much I ordered a 2nd one in blue. Can be worn next to the skin or I ofter wear a T-neck and then this sweater and vest. I normally wear a size small but ordered a med so I could wear a T-neck or other T-shirt under this sweater. Wear everyday, skiing, travel, hiking, camping, layering or alone next to skin.

Perfect design, look & function

A little too narrow around waist (hence 4 stars).
So soft and warm, but breaths away any odor.
Feels lovely on skin and doesn't bunch up if you use as layering.
Dries quickly, so especially great for travel. also great to pack due to its weight and packed size.
Really enjoy the color
