Most Helpful Positive Review Upgrade from the single wall

used the single wall 600 for years and what a pleasure the double wall 450 is. The single wall would get hot to touch and burn the lips, so far the 450 has been much more enjoyable. The one issue is the double wall can not be heated up. Also purchased the lid and everything has worked great.

Most Helpful Negative Review Don't get the super loose cup lid

I only like to use cups with a cover (lid). Keeps the aromatics and heat in the drink, and keeps out dirt and bugs etc. The Peak cover is so ridiculously loose, that if I hold it 1/4 of an inch above the cup it will drop right on all the way. never leave without

practically, this is one of the items i do not leave without when i go hiking and camping. the double wall keeps your drinks hot or cold, the size is quite good also, now there is also a lid that you can put on top, for take away, super light....

very useful mugs

Not long ago, I bought a snow peak titanium mug cup.
Above all, it is good to be light,
Hot coffee or tea is also good to keep warm and easy to eat.
The 450 size seems to be just right. The design is also neat and clean. Recommended for those looking for a camping or leisure cup.

Snow Peak Titanium double wall mug is light, well-made and solid travel mug. 450ml is good for coffee and a snack meal
Recommended. Will buy it again for gifts. I have had several Snow Peak products and this a nice item in my collection.

Not vacum insulated

This mug is not vacum insulated but it still keeps drinks cold or hot significantly longer than the single wall counterpart if you use the lid. I compared it with the 10oz hydroflask tumbler and the hydroflask is clearly the winner in terms of insulation. The nice thing about this is that it is light because it is made of titanium.

double wall makes hot drinks cool to handle

This is one cool mug! The manufacturing quality is top notch. The double wall means you can have a hot cup of coffee or tea without worrying about burns to your hands. Lastly, the mug is light weight and you can hang it off the pack for easy access.

Functional

Very compact and functional thermo mugs. Handles are a bit flimsy and don't feel right in you hands. But, for camping they do the trick, keep the coffee warm and not burn your lips/hands!

This is one of my favorite camping items. Extremely well made, and lightweight for a double walled mug. It does keep liquids warm/cold for much longer than my single walled cups. The handles are a little "floppy" but overall they are fine. Definitely get the lid that goes with this cup. It increases the temperature retention of the mug significantly. I store my creamer and sugar in the cup, with tea in my portable tea steeper.

Definitely appreciated on winter camps. I have also begun keeping it in my office and using it there when not camping. When not using the lid, I have noticed that the rim of the cup has a nice curve to it, and is easy to sip from, unlike so many other mugs that have sharper angles or a rolled edge.
